APP Alumni
Mission Statement
The mission of the Advance Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Alumni Association is to (1) provide opportunities for the graduates of the APP and CAPP Programs of the St. Louis Psychoanalytic Institute and the Jewish Hospital Psychotherapy Program to become acquainted; (2) provide a professional forum wherein reports, papers, discussions, and publications on the subject of psychodynamic psychotherapy can be described and/or presented; (3) promote continuing education opportunities in the study of psychodynamic psychotherapy; (4) encourage formation of study groups and peer supervision groups;(5) promote community awareness of psychodynamic psychotherapy; (6) encourage continued standards of excellence among St. Louis psychotherapists; and (7) provide continued professional connections to the St. Louis Psychoanalytic Institute.
Membership Information
Graduates of the Advanced Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Program and the Child and Adolescent Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Program are invited to join the association.
