For many years I was a professor of philosophy and Socrates’s belief that the unexamined life is not worth living, informed my decision to become a psychoanalyst. I now find myself passionate about analytic theory, writing, and clinical work.

I have published and presented my work and am available for speaking engagements on topics such as the art of Louise Bourgeois seen through a psychoanalytic lens, dynamics of shame, and analytic identity.
